As a young and passionate personal trainer, I specialise in helping clients achieve sustainable weight loss and build lean muscle mass through tailored training programs and motivational coaching.

Specialising in weight loss, gym confidence and postpartum. I qualified as a personal trainer in 2018 after going on a weight loss journey myself and wanting to help women build confidence in the gym and enjoy the process without feeling restricted. In 2024 I became a mum and now have whole new understanding and outlook on how to help mum’s postpartum and during pregnancy!

I am a dedicated and energetic Personal Trainer with a strong passion for helping others improve their health, confidence, and overall wellbeing. As a NAKMAS registered 1st Dan Kickboxer with over 7 years of teaching experience, I bring motivation, structure and support to every training session.

Following a successful corporate career, I refocused my path toward personal wellbeing and fitness. I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and hold a Certificate in Understanding Children and Young People’s Mental Health, enabling me to support clients both physically and emotionally. I am fully DBS certified and experienced in working with individuals of all ages and abilities.

My approach combines professionalism with empathy — I believe fitness should be both effective and enjoyable. Whether you’re building strength, boosting confidence or working toward a specific goal, I’m here to guide and encourage you every step of the way.

Dani’s sessions blend strength training, high-intensity conditioning, and boxing pad work into workouts that are challenging, functional, and enjoyable. Each session is built to help you reset, refocus, and invest in becoming your best self.
