Specialising in weight loss, gym confidence and postpartum. I qualified as a personal trainer in 2018 after going on a weight loss journey myself and wanting to help women build confidence in the gym and enjoy the process without feeling restricted. In 2024 I became a mum and now have whole new understanding and outlook on how to help mum’s postpartum and during pregnancy!

Dani’s sessions combine strength training, high-intensity conditioning, and boxing pad work to create workouts that are challenging, functional, and enjoyable. Every session is designed to help you reset, refocus, and invest in becoming your best self.
